Sanchit Mirji is a multi-faceted hospitality professional with over 18 years international experience in Food and Beverage, Systems & MIS, Revenue and Project Management. Through his expertise, he has successfully handled numerous projects for setting up and marketing various concept restaurants like the award-winning Amber India Restaurant in San Jose, California. Till recently, he was in Lavasa where he completed eight concept restaurants including the award-winnin Chor Bizarre, Oriental Octopus and All American Diner. Sanchit is a Hotel Management Graduate from IHM, Mumbai with a degree in Psychology from the University of Bombay, and additionally holds a Masters in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, USA.
Aditi comes with an elaborate experience of Brand positioning, Hospitality marketingand Finance, which could be well seen in all the Hospitality projects executed by Chef Om’s Hospitality. An MBA in Marketing & Finance from Prestige Institute of Management Studies, Indore; Aditi is strong at Project Planning in terms of Finance and its positioning. Her ability in determining the brand positioning, market penetration and return on investments have proved to almost all the Hospitality projects which Chef Om’s Hospitality has executed so far. In the past she has played major roles in establishing Sharekhan in Indore, and The Pasta Bowl Company in Gurgaon.
With a passion for excellence coupled with the ability to combine his technical & soft skills in a highly effective manner results in successful execution of challenging assignments while ensuring a healthy working environment. Chef Adesh is best at Implementation & Execution of Operations of various kitchens, be it; layout or setting up of Standards for hassle-free operations. In his tenure at Chef Om’s Hospitality he has successfully worked upon all the major Hospitality projects like Moets, Seasons Group, Ohri’s Group, Downtown Diners, The Pasta Bowl Company etc to name a few. Chef Adesh is also an affiliated member of Indian Culinary Forum and World Association of Chef Societies.
